TV SideView is an entertainment application that works with selected Sony home devices such as BRAVIA, Blu-ray Disc™ Player, Blu-ray Disc™ Home Theater System, Google TV from Sony, etc.
With it, you can operate devices easily and enhance your TV watching experience through your smartphone or tablet device.
For existing Media Remote app users, TV SideView app will offer additional functionalities in addition to being able to control Sony home devices.

1. Enjoying TV more: You can get details on the program you are watching on TV or disc etc. (like information on crew, cast, or synopsis), and also see what people are tweeting about.
2. Universal Remote Control: Use almost the same button layout as you would have on an actual remote control.
3. Discover TV programs with Facebook friends: Find programs from Facebook friends' "Love" and discover programs which are popular.
4. Easily find media content across various services or devices: You can search from TV program guide, home network, Video Unlimited, YouTube, Netflix, websites, and recorded programs on BRAVIA.
Although this app operates with Android devices from various companies, such as Xperia™ and GALAXY, depending on your model and version, there may be restrictions with some functionalities.
